“We had a 30m2 single story extension built by Regency construction. Nothing was too much trouble for Jake and the results were fantastic, including bi-fold doors, sky lantern, picture window and French doors (my wife might like natural light a little bit too much ๐ ). The quote was competitive but more importantly there were no hidden extras, and if we added anything Jake would let us know the price before proceeding so no nasty surprises. Plus apart from a few days delay with awful weather it was also completed to schedule.
All of his sub contractors and Laboure’s were really polite, professional and friendly, which was also a relief with my wife at home when I was at work.

Also plastered two ceilings and did a great job too. Nothing was too much hassle and always left the place tidy after each day.
